Start with 3 free renders
Sign in with Google and your first 3 renders are free, watermarked. When you need more, a plan adds credits every month, or a one-time pack adds them once.

How credits work
Plans and packs are counted in credits. A render costs 5 credits, so 800 credits is about 160 renders. A render that fails gives its credits back automatically.

Questions
What is a credit?
What renders and edits are paid with. A render or a new prompt costs 5 credits, changing one part with the brush costs 5 credits, and cropping, rotating and colour changes are free.
Plan or pack?
A plan is cheaper per render if you render every month. A pack suits occasional work: it is a one-time charge, nothing renews, and its credits are valid for 6 months. Both remove the watermark and unlock batch uploads while you have them.
Can I download a render in 4K?
Yes, with a plan or a credit pack. The 4K button on a render makes a 3840-pixel copy for print and presentation boards. Your first 10 new 4K downloads each day are free; after that each one costs 5 credits, and we ask before using them. Downloading a render you already have in 4K again is always free. Watermarked free renders have no 4K download.
What happens to credits I do not use?
A plan's credits do not carry over. Each paid month starts you at the plan's full amount, and when a plan ends, its remaining credits end with it. Free credits you have not used are added on top in your first paid month. A credit pack's credits are different: they last 6 months from the day you buy it, whatever happens to a plan, and are used after a plan's monthly credits.
What if a render fails?
The credits come back to you automatically.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on this page; cancelling stops the next payment, and your plan lasts until the end of the month you paid for. To change plans, contact us and we will switch it for you.
Can I get a refund?
No. A month you have paid for is not refunded once it starts, and credit packs are not refunded, except where the law requires; Stripe, as the seller, may refund some payments under its own policy. You can cancel any time to stop the next payment. A render that fails gives its credits back automatically.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe sells our plans as the merchant of record, through its Link service. It takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach Inkfinish. You can also manage your plan from your Link account.
