Terms of use

The service

Inkfinish, run by SAVI CLOUD TECH LLC (“we”), turns sketches, photos, and descriptions into rendered images using AI models. You must be at least 13 to use it.

Credits and free renders

Renders and AI edits are paid for in credits: a render or a “change just this” edit costs 5 credits, and quick edits such as cropping are free. Rendering needs a Google sign-in; a new account gets 15 free credits (3 renders). Free renders are standard renders and carry the Inkfinish mark. These allowances, prices, and the limits that protect them may change. Credits are returned for a render or edit that fails, and for a “Change just this” edit our automatic check finds did not come out as asked.

Do not get around the limits, for example by creating extra accounts or clearing cookies to claim more free renders.

Paid plans

Paid plans are sold by Stripe, through its Link service, as the merchant of record: Stripe takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your receipts, and its own terms apply to the payment. Plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel. Each paid month sets your credits to the plan’s amount: unused credits do not carry over to the next month; current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Renders made on a paid plan carry no watermark.

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the pricing page, or from your Link account. To change plans, contact us and we will switch it for you. When you cancel, your plan lasts until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew; its remaining credits end with it. We do not refund a month that has started, except where the law requires it; Stripe, as the seller, may refund some payments under its own policy.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time payments, sold by Stripe as the merchant of record in the same way as plans; they do not renew. A pack’s credits can be used for 6 months from the day you buy it; credits not used by then expire. They are used after any plan’s monthly credits, and are kept when a plan renews or ends. While a pack’s credits are in date, your renders carry no watermark and you can render a listing batch. Packs are not refunded, except where the law requires it; if a purchase is refunded, its unused credits are removed.

Your uploads

You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it. You give us permission to store it, to send it to the services that check it and make the render, and to show it back to you, only to run Inkfinish for you. See the privacy policy for the details.

Your renders

We claim no ownership of the renders you make, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. Because AI models make them, renders may look like other images, and we cannot promise a render is unique or free of other people’s rights. Whether a render can be protected by copyright depends on the law where you are.

Renders are illustrations. They are not plans, measurements, or a record of how a real place or product looks. Do not rely on them for construction, safety, or legal decisions, or present them as photos of something real when they are not.

What you may not do

• Upload photos whose main subject is a person, or try to render a real, identifiable person.
• Upload or create anything unlawful, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or images that infringe someone else’s rights.
• Make images meant to deceive people about real events, places, or products.
• Interfere with the site, test it for weaknesses without our permission, or access it with automated tools.

We may refuse uploads, remove content, or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Availability and changes

We are a small service and may change, pause, or stop any part of it. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you, and you can always download or delete your renders while the service runs.

No guarantees

Inkfinish is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the results, that renders will match what you asked for, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of Inkfinish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will move the date at the top, and significant changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Using Inkfinish after that means you accept the new terms.
